BURNS-FAZZI, BROCK, MULTIPLE CHOICE FORM JOINT VENTURE
CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 13, 2009) – Burns-Fazzi, Brock, Inc. (BFB) and Multiple Choice, Inc. (MCI) announced today the formation of a joint venture: Human Capital Solutions Group, LLC (HCSGroup).
The new organization will offer human capital solutions for human resources and for organizational development and change. Comprehensive services include strategic talent management and gap analysis, personnel selection systems and onboarding, job descriptions, policies and procedures review and development, performance appraisal process and matrix development, performance coaching, compensation and benefits analysis, bonus and incentive program design, strategic planning, restructuring planning, succession planning, culture change, and integration of acquisitions and mergers.
“As a BFB partner company, HCSGroup will supplement BFB’s core executive compensation and benefit planning business perfectly,” said BFB founder and principal, Christine Burns-Fazzi. “We’re excited to have Multiple Choice join us in bringing a full range of programs to support our clients.”
Multiple Choice and BFB will continue to operate independently, while combining marketing and communications efforts for HCSGroup, including brand management, research, marketing and public relations. Multiple Choice Principal Loretta P. Dodgen, Ed. D. will serve as managing partner of HCSGroup.

Both companies expect client base and personnel growth as a result of the teaming, according to Burns-Fazzi.
