Loretta P. Dodgen, Ed. D.

Dr. Loretta P. Dodgen has more than 20 years’ experience in building the capacity of organizations and those who serve in leadership positions, in organizational and human resources consulting. While founding HCSGroup, Dr. Dodgen is also co-founder of management consulting firm Multiple Choice, Inc., and a director for First Gaston Bank, where she served as Chairman of the Board. She also served on the Board of Directors for Integrity Financial Corp. of Hickory, North Carolina. She earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish Education from Western Carolina University, her MA and Advanced Certification in Counseling and Counselor Supervision from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her doctoral degree in Management and Leadership Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
