Jon Dullnig
A professional consultant, Jon Dullnig has over 25 years of experience in developing executive and employee compensation programs and assisting organizations to improve efficiencies through the design of effective jobs, productive reporting relationships and well devised operating policies and procedures. He uses a pragmatic approach to plan design that produces tangible results and is easy to administer.
Following military service as an officer in the United States Navy, Jon began his consulting career with Hewitt Associates, a leading national firm. Since affiliating with Burns-Fazzi, Brock & Associates, he has also served in consulting role for Towers Perrin and Renaissance Bank Advisors, formerly CBIZ Benmark.
Jon has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
