At the credit union’s option, Burns-Fazzi, Brock & Associates provides paper reports or secure log in, web based reports.  The web based reports, delivered via INFO, include the non-qualified plan data most important to the credit union:

Asset accounting consolidated by plan type and carrier:

• Year end cash value reports with projected monthly values including details for year-to-date policy yields and tax equivalent yields
• Month end actual cash value reports with details for year-to-date policy yields and equivalent tax yields
• Benefit liability accounting
• Journal entries by participant in a consolidated report, including retirement and termination calculations
• Retirement plan participant statements outlining agreement provisions

Concentration Analysis:

Current year equity of the credit union compared to aggregate life insurance cash values.
